Keita Tachibana, Koike Teppei star in drama

keita

Keita Tachibana of w-inds. will co-star with Koike Teppei of WaT, in his first drama on TBS called, Ohitorisama.

Playing opposite of him is fellow artist Arisa Mizuki.

Keita will play Hiroyuki Harada, close friend of Shinichi Kamisaka (Koike).

The Drama will start 10/16 on TBS. The first fifteen minutes will run from 22:00~23:09, but the original time will be 22:00~22:54 and will air every Friday night.

This will be Keita’s first drama since his music career and his solo activities.

Good luck Keita, I hope your acting skills are up to par because your opposites are experienced and your not. I hope it’s a lot better than your first movie with w-inds. in 2002, Starlight; because that was just straight giggles. I’ll be watching and praying you don’t look bad.

So do you agree??

Apparently a majority of older women answered this pole. With that said, some of them should feel like pedo’s with some of those choices (i.e. Yamada Ryosuke). And how hyde lost to Jaejoong I will never understand, hyde is by far the better looking one, although I’m also prone to say that TOP looks better than all of them, but that’s a personal opinion and not based on physical looks alone. How Hotaka beat out any of the Big Bang, DBSK, GLAY members is beyond my me too. Well it goes to show that Japanese women there have odd taste. At least some they got it right with INORAN, you can never go wrong with him, although he should have been number one, he totally beats out Hotaka.

I do give props to DBSK and Arashi for having most if not all, it’s members in this ranking.

A’st1 what?

a'st1

So, was on 2ch in the w-inds. section, and someone posted this PV of this South Korean group, A’st1 (Asia star number 1). Why was this mentioned? Well according to netizen’s on there, one of the members Tomo is a die-hard fan of w-inds.* They are on the same label as SS501, DSP Entertainment.

For some strange reason, I kind of like this group better than SS501 after hearing this song. Everything about this song and PV scream J-Pop, just in Korean. If you watch it, I think you’ll know what I’m talking about.

I don’t know much other than there is one half Japanese/Korean member named Tomo, who also is the oldest, and a Chinese member, Hy Ming. That and they apparently challenged Super Junior when they first debuted last year and ate them words, because they are not doing anything now. But at least they don’t look half bad and they sound decent. I can’t listen to Super Junior, they remind me of Morning Musume, just guys and well we all know the truth about Morning Musume.

I do feel a bit sad for them, because they’ve only released one single, and they get no attention. DSP puts all their efforts into SS501 and KARA.

They’re performance on MNet with their debut song, “1.2.3.4. Back

Talk about copy cats?

daichi miura keita tachibana

Oh Keita, first it was confirmed that you were a little player, and now you just confirmed for us you are copying your Korean friends a copy cat. First the G-Dragon hair color from a few months ago, then the Jaejoong hair color and cut from last month, back to the G-Dragon platinum blonde hair color and cut. Are we on a creativity block? Or are your stylists lacking, that you need my services again?

On another note, that photo above was taken today (JST) on Keita‘s radio show. Daichi Miura paid him a long awaited visit.

Keita wrote on his blog that it’s been a long time since he’s seen Daichi, especially since they belong to the same agency. He also says that Daichi is “Japan’s #1 artist,” “his performance level is that of a world pro,” “he’s a genius,” and  “he’s a great artist, I’m actually kind of jealous.” At the same time finds a way to promote Daichi’s upcoming album, Who’s The Man.  Keita did mention that he would love to perform with Daichi at least once.

Well Keita you’re love for everyone is awesome, especially since you are holding an American flag. So when are you gonna get w-inds. over here and perform for all you’re non-Asian fans?

鹿児島。keita w-inds.

This photo was taken last month at Kagoshima, with w-inds.‘ back dancers on Keita‘s day off. He looks buff doesn’t he? He actually makes some of those dancers look small.
