Korean group Big Bang will be having another release in Japan this coming Winter. This time a video clip collection. The DVD, Big Bang The Clips vol.1, will be released on 12/23 just in time for Christmas.

The DVD is a collection of all their music videos including both Japanese and Korean music videos.

Namie Amuro is #1

Namie Amuro sets a new record for sales this week with the release of her DVD, “BEST FICTION tour 2008-2009″. The DVD was released today (9/16 JST) and sold 154k and 14k in Blu-Ray. This gave her the title of the highest first week of DVD sales by a female artist in Japan.

The record was previously held by Mai Kuraki, who’s “First Cut” sold 99k back in 2000. The sales for the Blu-Ray version alone, tops the sales, as it is the most that has been sold since its creation.

Go Namie. Sad to say I missed this tour, but thank god for DVD.
